Join LifeBridge Health as the Corporate Director of Security Services, where you will lead and manage security operations across multiple facilities. Your role will ensure the safety of patients, staff, and guests while overseeing administrative functions and providing critical support to the security mission.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage operational aspects of Security departments
Ensure safety and security of all facilities' patients, visitors, employees, and vendors
Administer daily operations within departments
Supervise investigators, K-9 special police officers, and other security personnel
Provide administrative support including planning, research, and statistical analysis
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of management experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Maryland State Handgun Permit required or obtained within 3 months of hire
Special Police Officer Certificate required or obtained within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Concealed Firearm Carry Certification (LEOSA)
