Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support on Behavioral Health EHR and Optum San Diego website
  • Log system-related problems and troubleshoot for users
  • Coordinate communication with various stakeholders
  • Monitor website content and connectivity
  • Provide navigational support to users
  • Analyze data and identify patterns
  • Act as a liaison between internal staff and Corporate IT

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel for reports and data analysis
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook
  • 2+ years of experience with user applications support or mental health applications
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams and online conference apps
  • Experience with providing basic training
  • Ability to work in San Diego County's EHR system
  • Ability to provide on-call support after hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work frequently in the office
  • Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift during business hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a call center or high telecom traffic environment
