Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service support on Behavioral Health EHR and Optum San Diego website
Log system-related problems and troubleshoot for users
Coordinate communication with various stakeholders
Monitor website content and connectivity
Provide navigational support to users
Analyze data and identify patterns
Act as a liaison between internal staff and Corporate IT
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age OR older
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel for reports and data analysis
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook
2+ years of experience with user applications support or mental health applications
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams and online conference apps
Experience with providing basic training
Ability to work in San Diego County's EHR system
Ability to provide on-call support after hours, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work frequently in the office
Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift during business hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a call center or high telecom traffic environment
