Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician and make a significant impact by providing individualized treatment and support services to youth and families facing serious behavioral health challenges. You'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance family functioning and reintegrate youth into their communities after high-end services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and families to address clinical needs
Engage families in developing care plans and goals
Assess risk and develop safety plans
Participate in the development and implementation of person-centered care plans
Monitor discharge and ongoing care planning
Act as a liaison with community providers and other systems
Complete casework documentation and report data
Provide on-call after hour crisis intervention services
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year experience providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
Knowledge of mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and substance use disorders
