Join OCHIN as a Health Outcomes Data Analyst and play a crucial role in advancing health equity through data insights and analytics. Collaborate with leaders to conduct evidence-based evaluations that address care delivery inequities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct systematic literature reviews to inform analyses
Establish and implement equity, justice, and data de-colonization frameworks
Conduct rapid-cycle evaluations and analytics
Develop and apply quantitative analytic methods
Generate high quality deliverables for stakeholders
Analyze clinical quality measure performance
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in rapid cycle evaluation or implementation science
Bachelor's degree in statistics, biostatistics, public health, or a related field
Intermediate level of proficiency working with MS Excel
Experience with Tableau
Demonstrated experience with program evaluation
Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and customer service skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field
Experience working with health outcomes data
Experience applying approaches to data justice and de-colonization
Experience in a telecommuter role
Possess a learning mindset and curiosity for new knowledge
