Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting products
  • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
  • Identify additional customer needs and help upgrade products or services

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aptitude to learn about becoming a licensed insurance associate
