Key Responsibilities
Provide nutrition assessment, counseling, and planning
Monitor and document participant's response to nutritional therapy
Work as part of an inter-disciplinary team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition
Bachelor's Degree in another field with Didactic Program in Dietetics
Washington Dietitian Certification within 6 months of hire
Washington Nutritionist Certification within 6 months of hire
National CDR Registered Dietitian upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nutrition or related field
1 year of clinical dietitian experience with geriatric population
