Job Description
Join Quill.com as a Sales Account Manager where you will build long-term customer relationships, manage accounts, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional client service. This role offers opportunities for professional growth within an inclusive culture at Staples.
Key Responsibilities
Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal business partners
Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Drive sales and achieve profit margins
Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
Build and develop internal and external business relationships
Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
Educate customers on products, programs, and consolidation opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service role
Effective communication skills (oral and written)
Effective relationship building skills
Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree
