Shuttle Driver Seasonal $15.00/ Hour Position may require nights, weekends and holidays as a part of the normal workweek. Additions or changes in days/shifts may be necessary from time-to-time or during high volume times. Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Job Summary: The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for the transporting guests to varies designations of the Resort. The transportation driver must promote a positive image of the property to all guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly, and should address all guest requests and problems to the best of their ability.
Responsibilities and Duties: - Complete full checklists for opening and closing the day to include cleanliness of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues, and stocking all applicable materials.
- Providing a safe and comfortable environment while navigating the resort property
- Come equipped with all tools needed for the day, including name tag, uniform and a friendly smile
- Display outstanding customer service by greeting and providing on board assistance
- Knowledgeable of all amenities and services offered within the resort and local area
Qualifications Qualifications and Skills: - Must have a valid Driver's License
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
- Excellent work ethic with the ability to take direction
- Good driving skills
Physical Demands: - Must be able to work outside for the entire shift
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to withstand extreme heat and cold weather conditions
- Ability to perform emergency procedures
