Job Description
Join Intuit as a Senior Tax Consultant and help clients navigate their tax needs from the comfort of your home. With flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely, you'll provide vital tax advice and support using innovative TurboTax products.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Utilize government websites and professional resources to provide accurate answers
Interact with customers using video communication software and document interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
