Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary decision maker for clinical and managerial operations during a shift
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver patient-centered care
Assist with admission and discharge processes
Support staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs
Assess quality of nursing care services and enhance patient safety and quality outcomes
Provide recommendations for interviewing and training new staff
Implement courses of action regarding training, conflict resolution, and policy compliance
Required Qualifications
1+ year experience in healthcare
Associate Degree in Nursing
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment start date
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment start date
NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
