As a Customer Accounts Advisor at Aaron’s, you will drive customer satisfaction and payment collections through relationship-building and effective communication. Your role involves maintaining customer accounts, promoting lease renewals, and assisting in various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer accounts
Direct contact with customers for lease renewals
Promote timely lease agreement renewals
Assist Customer Account Manager with revenue goals
Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries
Clean and certify returned merchandise
Complete vehicle maintenance and route sheets
Load and secure products in company vehicle
Safely operate company vehicle
Assist Sales Team as needed
Required Qualifications
Valid state Driver’s License
Compliance with Company’s Driver Qualification Policy
Ability to work hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of retail/customer service experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High energy and effective multitasking
Proper telephone etiquette
