Job Description

As a Customer Accounts Advisor at Aaron’s, you will drive customer satisfaction and payment collections through relationship-building and effective communication. Your role involves maintaining customer accounts, promoting lease renewals, and assisting in various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer accounts
  • Direct contact with customers for lease renewals
  • Promote timely lease agreement renewals
  • Assist Customer Account Manager with revenue goals
  • Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries
  • Clean and certify returned merchandise
  • Complete vehicle maintenance and route sheets
  • Load and secure products in company vehicle
  • Safely operate company vehicle
  • Assist Sales Team as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid state Driver’s License
  • Compliance with Company’s Driver Qualification Policy
  • Ability to work hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with assistance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of retail/customer service experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High energy and effective multitasking
  • Proper telephone etiquette
  • Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Proficient computer skills
