Key Responsibilities
Participate in startup and commissioning of new units
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions
Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents
Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure timely issue resolution
Adhere to safety protocols and complete necessary safety training
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
EPA Refrigerant Certification
5+ years working experience in the HVAC Industry
5+ years working with chillers
Pass examination regarding Building Trades Journeyman abilities
Able to lift 50lbs and stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended periods
Current union member or willing to join a union
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 30 Certification
Basic understanding of building automation controls (BOMAC)
Experience with data centers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of ServiceMax
