Job Description
Join Clean Harbors as a Sales and Service Route Driver, where you'll drive a Class B truck to provide essential onsite services and promote products on your route. Enjoy a rewarding career focused on safety and environmental solutions with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
Visit 10-12 customer sites per day
Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of solutions
Service parts washer machines and clean sediment from sinks
Up-sell at customer locations and generate new leads
Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing businesses
Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups
Follow compliance regulations and rules
Safely operate vehicles according to requirements
Observe environmental health and safety guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Class B CDL
Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
Basic computer and math skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Perform physical functions per job requirements
Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
Meet facial hair standards per OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard
Preferred Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL)
