Key Responsibilities
Provide education to direct care staff and residents in all relevant health care related areas.
Guide medication administration, procurement, and evaluation.
Monitor and treat chronic and emergency medical conditions.
Develop healthcare goals in collaboration with Case Holder.
Act as consultant on medical and health related issues.
Assess resident health needs through nurse assessments.
Complete face-to-face billable services and activity logs.
Document medical treatment and health status in resident records.
Communicate medical issues with affiliated providers and management.
Provide leadership and support to staff.
Ensure medical compliance with regulatory bodies.
Attend medication review meetings with medical professionals.
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
Valid driver’s license according to Hope Network policy.
Positive attitude and communication skills.
Experience in providing medical treatment services within specialized rehabilitation setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior mental health experience.
