Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care
Adhere to established Standards of Nursing Practices and organizational policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse
Current license in the state of Missouri as a Licensed Practical Nurse
IV Certification required or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
Current CPR/AED Certification required or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
Ability to assess the basic nursing care needs of geriatric residents
Excellent communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Long-term care/Rehab/Assisted Living experience
