  • Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Run register and assist customers
  • Coach and motivate team members
  • Help hire, train, and lead a team
  • Act as manager when the Store Manager is off
  • Handle inventory and merchandising
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Create and manage team schedules
  • Perform daily cash handling and deposits
  • Provide feedback and leadership to the team
