Job Description

Join Charles Schwab as a Senior Systems Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in integrating clients onto the Schwab Brokerage platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and ensure successful onboarding of Personal Choice Retirement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts, while contributing to innovative solutions in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client development, testing, and deployment integration
  • Understand clients’ business requirements and integration needs
  • Serve as primary liaison between PCIS and clients’ technology teams
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during implementation
  • Work with Agile delivery team to craft user stories
  • Monitor clients’ daily file transmission
  • Prepare and participate in quarterly installs after market close

Required Qualifications

  • Subject matter expert on Brokerage Plans and account integrations
  • Experience in financial services
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Demonstrated success in supporting multiple projects
  • 2-3 years of data analysis
  • 3-4 years of strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • 3-4 years of Agile (scrum) experience; creating and prioritizing stories in JIRA
  • 2 years of SQL and script writing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in Self Directed Brokerage Accounts
  • 3-4 years of experience with Popweb, Client Central, Scube, SAC, and EMTR
  • 2 years of SAFe experience; PI/Sprint planning, Agile ceremonies
  • SAFe certified
  • API experience
