Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Nebraska or compact state)
• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in PCU, Telemetry, or Medical Surgical units
• Current certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• Ability to float between PCU, Telemetry, and Med/Surg units

PCU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to Progressive Care and Medical Surgical patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patient safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records
• Float as needed between PCU, Telemetry, and Med/Surg units
• Comply with all hospital policies and procedures
