Key Responsibilities
Dispensing spectacles and optical products to patients
Advising on lens types and spectacle frames
Verifying order data and ensuring accurate Rx entry
Delivering excellent member service in person and over the phone
Assisting with eyeglass adjustments and repairs
Maintaining compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
Licensed to work as an optician in the State
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
