Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily work and safety of delivery associates
Analyze data for delivery planning and customer service
Direct labor activities to stay within budget
Recommend work schedules and changes
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of delivery assets
Communicate with sales and delivery teams to resolve issues
Conduct training and safety inspections
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of related experience or equivalent education
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to engage and lead discussions
Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Two or four-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major
