Join One Medical as a Practice Coordinator, where you'll lead a team in delivering exceptional patient care. You'll manage operations, support staff, and drive performance improvements in a dynamic healthcare environment focused on transforming patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure operational readiness of the practice
Provide team support and leadership through training, coaching, and mentoring
Drive performance improvement through active daily management
Perform inventory management
Support the financial health of the practice
Monitor and own Net Promoter Score (NPS) responses
Support quality health outcomes and regulatory compliance
Manage patient interactions and ensure a positive in-office experience
Perform front of house duties including check-in/check-out and insurance verification
Clinical duties may include providing venipuncture services
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role in high touch customer service or patient facing healthcare
Proven ability to foster strong, collaborative team-dynamics
Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Successful completion of One Medical clinical training and state required education and/or certifications within first six months of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
Proven track record of leading successful change management and process improvement efforts
Experience in healthcare, with a solid understanding of billing and insurance
