Key Responsibilities
Conduct nutrition assessments and provide education
Implement interventions to improve patient outcomes
Utilize the Nutrition Care Process and Terminology (NCPT)
Design and implement nutrition care plans
Provide medical nutrition therapy and counseling
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Foods and Nutrition or related area
Completion of required dietetics coursework and supervised practice
National CDR Registered Dietitian
Oregon Dietitian License within 6 months of hire
1 year experience with current adult learning theory in relation to nutrition education
1 year experience with nutrition management of multiple disease states
Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience with managing nutrition in a clinical setting
1 year experience providing medical nutrition therapy
