Job Description

As a Customer Service Worksite Representative at TEKsystems, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their service concerns and inquiries. You'll create a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and support related to insurance products while meeting departmental performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support policyholders with insurance product information
  • Answer client calls and respond to inquiries regarding claims and services
  • Provide detailed information about policy statuses
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for self-service related issues
  • Handle claim intake for clients
  • Meet or exceed departmental standards related to quality and KPIs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in customer service
  • Call center experience
  • High School diploma
