Job Description
As a Customer Service Worksite Representative at TEKsystems, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their service concerns and inquiries. You'll create a positive customer experience by providing accurate information and support related to insurance products while meeting departmental performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support policyholders with insurance product information
Answer client calls and respond to inquiries regarding claims and services
Provide detailed information about policy statuses
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for self-service related issues
Handle claim intake for clients
Meet or exceed departmental standards related to quality and KPIs
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
2 – 3 years’ experience in customer service
Call center experience
High School diploma
