Join Boeing as an F-15 Platform Structures Architect and lead innovative structural analysis efforts for the F-15 lifecycle. Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure airframe designs meet rigorous safety and quality standards, while also driving the development of new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize structural analysis work at the program level
Serve as a subject matter expert in airframe structural analysis
Coordinate with Mission Assurance for Safety of Flight determinations
Ensure compliance with Airworthiness Certification processes
Work with fatigue and fracture mechanics requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
14+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 12+ years with a Master's OR 9+ years with a PhD for Level 5
20+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 18+ years with a Master's OR 15+ years with a PhD for Level 6
Experience leading projects and/or teams
Experience with equivalent strength and salvage philosophy
Experience in airframe structural analysis of metallic and composite structure
Experience in Airworthiness Certification (AWC)
Experience in fatigue and fracture mechanics
Preferred Qualifications
Strong oral and written communication skills
14+ years' experience with development and/or production programs
5+ years' experience with military customers and stakeholders
3+ years' experience working with Mission Assurance
1+ years' experience leading and applying RCCA processes
1+ years' experience with Engineering proposals and execution
