Key Responsibilities

  • Pull permits for all jobs in assigned markets
  • Schedule permit inspections
  • Coordinate with the Scheduler to optimize permit and job schedules
  • Travel to city offices to pull local permits as needed
  • Assist with data entry
  • Cross-train with the scheduler to provide support and coverage

Required Qualifications

  • Interpersonal skills, tact, patience, and courtesy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong organization skills
