Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, and perceptual disorders
Independently schedule patient visits
Maintain regular contact with agency staff, physicians, and the public
Handle confidential information
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current state license
Valid driver's license
Minimum of one year of experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long term care setting
CPR certification
Good assessment and treatment planning skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in acute care or home care
