Key Responsibilities
Repairs electronic and/or mechanical equipment and tooling at component level
Performs basic product development
Communicates with customers as necessary
Builds fixtures under general supervision
Performs warranty analysis
Processes required service report paperwork
Participates in ATS Culture Initiative and continually improves processes
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
1-3 years of related experience and/or training, or 5 years equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Basic understanding of electronics and intermediate to complex troubleshooting skills
Understanding of maintenance diagrams (schematics, parts breakdowns, blueprints)
