Job Description
Join ChanceLight Behavioral Health as an Education Program Director and lead a dynamic team in enhancing student achievement in a K-12 special education environment. You will play a pivotal role in implementing evidence-based interventions and fostering a supportive learning atmosphere that empowers students to overcome challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Providing vision and leadership for student achievement
Supervising staff and implementing performance management plans
Ensuring compliance with state requirements and maintaining a safe learning environment
Overseeing day-to-day operations and administrative functions
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and creating Behavior Intervention Plans
Collaborating with staff on IEP goals and student progress
Required Qualifications
Masters degree or higher in educational leadership, special education, applied behavior analysis or a closely related field
Meet all state and district licensing and/or certification requirements
Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining BCBA credential
Minimum 5 years prior experience in special education services
Minimum 3 years experience in educational leadership or school administration
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining an educational leadership credential
Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a state special education credential
