Reports to: Director of Clinical Operations

Status: Part-time/full-time

Shift/schedule: Days (M-F) *dependent on candidate

Expected Hours/week: 24-32 hours

LUX Infusion is Alaska’s premier Medical Infusion Center and we are rapidly expanding our cutting-edge services throughout the great state of Alaska! We are locally owned with current locations in Anchorage, Palmer, and Fairbanks, AK! We are committed to meeting the infusion needs of our Alaskan community members living with both acute and chronic conditions. Our goal is to be the best in patient care and service. We are seeking a driven Nurse Practitioner that shares our values of clinical excellence, customer service, and leadership for our Anchorage location.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a key member of our care team, helping to change the infusion experience in Alaska. The NP will lead the clinical team by example, maintaining the top-notch LUX Infusion culture. The NP will oversee day-to-day operations within the clinic, providing expert clinical oversight for all therapies in a spa-like atmosphere, and collaborating with the care delivery team.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of infusion therapies.
  • Review new referrals to ensure all clinical components meet safety and compliance standards.
  • Conduct patient intake appointments and assessments.
  • Provide excellent infusion care, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Train and supervise nursing staff, assist in decision-making and assessments.
  • Collaborate with administrative team on staffing, policies, and clinic needs.
  • Participate in continuing education and motivate staff to grow professionally.

MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

Graduate from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program and hold an active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in Alaska.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Starting at $60.00 per hour
