Job Description

Join Sevita as a Team Lead where you will supervise caregivers and implement Individual Service Plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is key to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve while providing valuable supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
  • Participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight
  • Supervise a team of Caregivers
  • Provide support to individuals receiving services
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year related work experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
