? Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The L&D RN will provide specialized care to expectant mothers throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery, ensuring the highest standard of patient safety and comfort.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to laboring patients, monitoring vital signs and fetal heart tones.
• Assist physicians during vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and epidurals as ordered.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the birthing process.
• Monitor mother and newborn post-delivery, identifying and addressing any complications.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.

✅ Qualifications:

• Active RN License in [State].
• BLS and NRP certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience preferred (new grads considered based on facility).
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
• Compassionate communication and patient education skills.
