Job Title: RN – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: 13 Weeks Contract | 12-hour shifts - Days/Night | 36 Hours

Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU RN to deliver safe, evidence-based critical care to patients with complex medical needs. The role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-acuity environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Active CA RN License
• BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU RN experience (within the last 3 years)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years recent ICU experience
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification
• CCRN Certification
• Dialysis/SLED or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to life-threatening changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced therapies per provider orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and adjust patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Support patients’ families with education and updates on care plans.
