Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion new revenue from new customers in public sector and commercial market
Build territory strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek improvement through coaching and collaboration
Impact team culture positively and work collaboratively
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years sales experience
At least 6 months of relevant experience in the public sector
Ability to cover a territory of New York City and surrounding areas
Approximately 50% travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven business development experience
