Key Responsibilities
Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders
Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately
Create a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and modalities
Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges
Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and adhere to precautions
Required Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist
Graduate of an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy (B.S., MA, M.S., or Doctorate)
Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state
Recognized by NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated)
