Job Description
Join Sazerac as a Senior Operations New Business Development Coordinator, where you'll lead the NBD change and innovation process across operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring timely project completion and optimizing performance in a dynamic, award-winning company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate NBD change and innovation management process for Operations
Manage and update the company NBD project tracker
Evaluate project progress and communicate critical-path action items
Ensure proper prioritization of tasks within project teams
Generate weekly NBD progress reports and manage project performance
Track accountability and status for internal and external actions
Participate in NBD Steering Committee and assist with process improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
Excellent analytical skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented
Strong planning and organizational skills
Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry
CPG overall implementation
Project management experience
