Job Description

Join Sazerac as a Senior Operations New Business Development Coordinator, where you'll lead the NBD change and innovation process across operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring timely project completion and optimizing performance in a dynamic, award-winning company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate NBD change and innovation management process for Operations
  • Manage and update the company NBD project tracker
  • Evaluate project progress and communicate critical-path action items
  • Ensure proper prioritization of tasks within project teams
  • Generate weekly NBD progress reports and manage project performance
  • Track accountability and status for internal and external actions
  • Participate in NBD Steering Committee and assist with process improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry
  • CPG overall implementation
  • Project management experience
