Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance and strategies to individuals to help them live well
Support participants with personal hygiene
Assist individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Develop meaningful relationships with participants
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
