Key Responsibilities
Prepare, serve, sell, and maintain food/beverage items
Take orders and maintain guest satisfaction
Follow recipes and practice portion control
Maintain proper kitchen setup and stock
Complete daily prep/baking PAR-sheet tasks
Perform cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards
Meet with manager for shift setup and check out
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year experience working in food service environment
Verbal and written communication skills
Basic mathematical skills
Food handlers permit as required by law
Ability to operate a keyboard & point of sale procedures
Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma
Experience in dealing with customer service issues
Brand Certification as required
