Key Responsibilities
Engineer solutions to improve equipment reliability, safety, ergonomics, and compliance with EHS initiatives
Provide technical support to Production, Maintenance, and IT departments
Develop, design, and update PLC, VFD, and HMI programs
Maintain National Instruments LabVIEW code for testing applications
Interface with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, IT, MES, and Production teams
Apply NEC knowledge for planning industrial equipment installations
Supply project leaders with capital cost estimates and timelines
Lead projects or project steps and solve complex problems
Manage outside engineering and construction personnel
Integrate equipment into data collection systems
Support network backup, device patching management, and control system asset inventory
Compile data from connected devices for organizational use
Identify additional responsibilities for projects and processes aligned with company goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
3+ years of professional experience
Experience with AutoCAD Electrical CAD software
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and test equipment
Knowledge of NFPA 70, 70E, and 79
Knowledge of basic networking concepts and SQL Database
