Compensation
Hiring Range: $70,387.20 to $93,828.80
Pay Range: $70,387.20 to $105,560.00
Summary of Job Responsibilities
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Staff/Senior Accountant is responsible for performing general accounting duties and assisting the Finance Manager(s) in coordinating and monitoring the budgetary and contract activities for assigned divisions. This position has two levels, offering progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Advancement depends on demonstrated ability to handle more complex assignments.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent training and experience.
Additional Qualifications for Senior Accountant
- Two (2) years of experience at the level of a Staff Accountant.
Preferences and Requirements
- Native Preference: Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, SCF prioritizes Native candidates in hiring, contracting, and training. Certification from SCF HR is required for preference eligibility.
- Employee Health Requirements: Compliance with SCF's Employee Health Procedures is mandatory, including immunizations such as MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, and COVID-19 prior to employment. Certain healthcare positions require additional documentation.
