Job Description
Join Amazon Air Cargo as a Senior Sales Ops Program Manager to drive customer growth and enhance operational efficiency. You will analyze performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support business activities to establish Amazon Air as a leader in air cargo.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the evolution and enhancement of commercial tools
Develop partner reporting systems/processes
Collaborate with Business Partners for reporting automation
Manage forecast models and methodologies
Develop relationships with finance and other stakeholders
Identify reporting issues and drive resolution
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support related projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery
5+ years of sales operations experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
10+ years of commercial air cargo experience
Experience working with senior level executives
Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills
5+ years of experience in air cargo or logistics
