Clinical Nurse III: Critical Care Float Pool 36 hours/week, DAYS

Key Responsibilities

• Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments and procedures
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests
• Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care
• Applies sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions
• Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
• Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients
• Directs and guides ancillary personnel
