Key Responsibilities
Providing vision and leadership to support student achievement
Supervising staff and developing performance management plans
Ensuring compliance with state requirements
Overseeing day-to-day operations of school
Driving the enrollment process and managing classroom rosters
Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Implementing evidence-based interventions
Monitoring compliance with educational standards
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in educational leadership, special education, applied behavior analysis or a closely related field
Meet all state and district licensing and/or certification requirements
Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) credential
Minimum 5 years prior experience in special education services
Minimum 3 years prior experience in educational leadership or school administration
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining educational leadership or similar credential
Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a state special education credential
