Key Responsibilities
Leads planning and coordinating department events
Provides senior level administrative and operational support
Employs systems to manage information
Integrates information from multiple sources
Gathers and formats data into reports and dashboards
Coordinates and monitors budgets
Coaches and mentors junior administrative assistants
Manages calendars and dispatches meeting invitations
Develops and maintains a filing system
Processes invoices for payment
Makes travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant experience in an administrative/professional support function
Post-secondary degree in a related field of study
Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
Verbal & written communication skills
