Job Description

Join Quill, a Staples brand, as an Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales for a significant portfolio. Utilize your expertise in consultative selling and account management to foster relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to clients in a supportive, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales while managing the current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify core and specialty category opportunities
  • Create and maintain understanding of accounts, build strategic growth plans
  • Utilize enablement tools for customer data management
  • Use Salesforce regularly
  • Execute sales strategies via various communication methods
  • Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Must have the availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
