Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) – Cleveland, OH
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role requires strong clinical expertise, adaptability, and the ability to provide safe and effective respiratory care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide care across multiple units, with the possibility of floating as needed.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.
- Current NBRC certification .
- Current AHA BLS certification (must be in hand at submission).
- Valid Ohio RRT license (must be in hand at submission).
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Complete work history must be included in profile.
Work Schedule
- Shift: Nights, 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
- Hours/Week: 36.
- Start Date: December 22, 2025.
- Duration: 12 weeks (option for 8 weeks available).
- Weekend Requirements: As needed.
- Float Requirements: May be asked to float to other units.
- RTO/Scheduling Requests: Must be communicated during submission and interview.
