Key Responsibilities
Champion novel solutions for advanced modeling techniques
Develop new C++ models in an extensible and maintainable fashion
Deploy Radio Frequency (RF) phenomenology and advanced physics concepts in software implementation
Enable customer success through adoption and utilization of modeling solutions
Work efficiently inside an established software product across programming languages
Research and develop novel RF modeling solutions
Coordinate with multiple development teams to prioritize and solve complex software and physics problems
Mentor and share RF expertise with the team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM degree
Five years of prior relevant experience
Experience applying object-oriented software design and programming in C or C++
Experience using MATLAB or Python for evaluation of data sets
Experience with UNIX/Linux, Apple OS, or Windows DOS command line
Experience in radar processing, Imaging RF systems, energy transport, radar physics, signal processing or discrimination algorithms
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related STEM degree
Experience with OpenGL, CUDA, or other GPU accelerated languages/architectures
Experience with electronic warfare modeling and developing signal processing algorithms for missile applications
Experience with Real-time Programming and software change management tools
Experience with and ability to interface with adjacent engineering disciplines
