The role involves general AP/CP pathology duties, working alongside a team of four doctors and one physician assistant, with a daily volume of 65-70 cases across surgical, GI, GU, gynecologic, and breast pathology.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform general anatomic and clinical pathology duties
  • Interpret and diagnose surgical, GI, GU, gynecologic, and breast pathology cases
  • Collaborate with the pathology team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Participate in daily case reviews and interdisciplinary discussions
  • Adhere to laboratory protocols and quality standards
Additional Information
  • Must be board certified in Pathology - Anatomic and Pathology - Clinical
  • Active West Virginia medical license required
  • Previous hospital-based laboratory experience preferred
