Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in absence of the Senior/General Manager
Achieve sales growth while maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule staff and manage labor costs
Train and develop crew members
Maintain inventory and control food costs
Ensure adherence to cash procedures and company standards
Conduct team meetings and provide coaching
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Driver's License
Strong conflict-resolution skills
Consistent and reliable
