Key Responsibilities
Assist advisors through inbound and outbound calls
Handle topics such as new accounts, transaction status, money movement, transfer of account, retirement services
Provide exceptional service to inspire trust and confidence
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year customer service/relationship building experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent operational and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Aptitude and passion for working with technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume organization
Team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic
Series 7 & 63/66 licenses (not required but opportunity for enrollment)
