Key Responsibilities

  • Assist advisors through inbound and outbound calls
  • Handle topics such as new accounts, transaction status, money movement, transfer of account, retirement services
  • Provide exceptional service to inspire trust and confidence

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year customer service/relationship building experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent operational and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Aptitude and passion for working with technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume organization
  • Team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic
  • Series 7 & 63/66 licenses (not required but opportunity for enrollment)
