Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
Support internal curriculum and clinical resources
Support quality assurance and training functions
Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish
